- Prepare the cookie base by pressing half of the cookie dough into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the cookie layer for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
- Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the cooled cookie layer and freeze for 1 hour.
- Spread softened chocolate ice cream over the vanilla layer and freeze for another hour.
- Remove the cake from the freezer, release the sides of the springform pan, and spread whipped cream on top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and add sprinkles.
- Return the cake to the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
