- Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the marinara sauce, cooked penne pasta, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well coated.
- Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake the casserole for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
