Method
 

  1. Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the marinara sauce, cooked penne pasta, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well coated.
  3. Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Bake the casserole for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
