Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, gluten-free all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
