Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
