Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 12x16 inches on a floured surface.
Spread the beef and cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Roll the dough tightly and pinch the edges to seal.
Place the log seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the top with olive oil.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
