  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened 8 ounces.
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions For garnish.
  • tortilla chips or celery sticks For serving.

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Cook the chicken if not using rotisserie chicken, then shred it.
  3. In a slow cooker, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
  5. Add remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese, stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with green onions, with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
