Gather and prepare all your ingredients, chopping vegetables and dicing the ham.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Add the diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, bell peppers, onion, and cubed bread to the egg mixture and gently stir until evenly coated. Pour into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden. Let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
