Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until evenly mixed. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and press down firmly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown around the edges. Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. Once cooled, cut into squares or bars and enjoy.
