Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients within reach.
  2. Chop cooked bacon into small pieces and ensure ground beef is cooked and seasoned.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and crumbled goat cheese until smooth. Add chopped bacon, seasoned ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.
  4. Lay out a large piece of plastic wrap. Spoon the cheese mixture onto the center and shape into a log. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  5. Chill the wrapped log in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes.
  6. Remove the log from plastic wrap, roll in chopped chives and pecans, drizzle with olive oil, slice into rounds, and serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
