Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups oat flour This is the star ingredient! Oat flour gives the bread its unique texture and flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda This helps the bread rise, making it light and fluffy.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt A pinch of salt enhances the overall flavor of the bread.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon This adds a warm, comforting spice that pairs perfectly with bananas.
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed The riper the bananas, the sweeter your bread will be!
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup This natural sweetener adds moisture and sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted coconut oil This keeps the bread moist and adds richness.
  • 2 large eggs Eggs help bind the ingredients together and provide structure.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A splash of vanilla adds a lovely aroma and flavor.
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips (optional) These add a delightful crunch or sweetness, depending on your choice.
