Gather all your ingredients.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, rolled oats, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.
In another bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and applesauce until smooth. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruit.
Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan and let it sit while preheating the oven to 350°F.
Smooth the top of the batter in the loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
